Whilst all new intruder alarm installations are installed with confirmed verification which minimises the risk of false policed activations, older systems installed prior to 2004 did not have this confirmed technology. Therefore when an old non confirmed intruder alarm system loses its police response the system has to be upgraded to a DD243 confirmed system before police response can be restored.

Once notified that a non confirmed system is losing response both our service and sales teams act fast to offer advice and provide a quotation for upgrade. We take a cost effective approach in preparing this quotation to ensure we have maximised the use of any reusable equipment.
Once the quotation is accepted this work takes priority and when completed the relevant paperwork is immediately forwarded to the police. This process ensures police response is restored in the fastest possible time with minimal downtime and, in some cases, with no break in cover at all!
